Paris, eh? You’re fortunate to be so close.
A very obscure Eiffel image. But, as I recall, you delight in the hidden and under-stated -:))
Regarding my fall color image … yes, of course PS was involved … but in much the same way the darkroom enlarger would have been had I been making prints of the image a few years ago. The image was shot on Fuji Velvia, scanned via a Nikon LS-5000, and finished via Photoshop. As I’ve said in the past, PS is a tool, and is meant to be used. We have only a couple of choices when shooting digital images … one, shoot jpeg and accept your camera manufacturer’s view on what the scene should look like … two, shoot raw and then process and sculpt to your own view of how the scene looks best.
